The villa has three bedrooms in the main house with a bathroom and a shower room, and one en-suite bedroom by the pool on the lower level.

The Local Area

​

An area known for its great wines, especially rose, and great artists such as Vincent Van Gogh, Paul Cézanne and Pablo Picasso, within walking distance of the market town of Lorgues.

The Town​

​

Lorgues, with its old narrow streets, vaulted passages and ancient stairs, is located in the middle of wineries and fields of olive trees in the center of the Var between the Mediterranean Sea and the Gorges du Verdon​. It is a 20 minute walk into the town centre and is a great place for an early evening rose whilst watching the world go by, or to wonder through the market stalls. 

 

It has a wealth of outstanding restaurants and a Provençal Market every Tuesday with a food market on a Friday. There are two supermarkets in the town as wells as several boulangeries, a fromagerie and a boucherie.

• ​Close to the beach (approx 30 minutes to Ste Maxime) and St Tropez

• Short drive to many beautiful Provençal villages including Cotignac, Tourtour and Aups. 

• ​The Gorges du Verdon (approx 45 minutes away) with plenty of watersports and boards to hire. ​

• Cycling and walking routes from the villa

• Multiple chateaux within the local area where you can wine taste, or sample the local food or just enjoy walking round the grounds. 

• Local outdoor adventures - Kayaking, Tree climbing, Horse riding

Lorgues is an hours drive from Nice Airport, 80 minutes from Marseille Provence Airport.
Closest train station is Les Arcs approx 15 minutes drive away.
